Each shipment from Family in Tale contains the ordered books, any documents required by the destination countries, and any marketing materials.

Shipping times vary depending on the location where the package needs to be delivered. We estimate a maximum of 14 days.

Every order we receive is carefully packaged by our team and handed over to the courier we have chosen, who will deliver it at the times and in the ways he has chosen.

Family in Tale will not be responsible for delayed or non-delivery by the courier.

The shipping costs vary depending on the destination and selected timeframe, and they can be viewed in the cart once you have entered your shipping address.

    REFUND TERMS

    Order Cancellation

    Cancellation of the order is possible until the product is sent to print. If cancellation is not made in time, as it is a personalized product, Family in Tale has the right to issue the invoice for the full amount.

    Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

    As provided by Art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code, those from Family in Tale, as products created to measure and personalized by the customer himself (such as the personalized name of the characters), are not returnable.

    “1. The right of withdrawal referred to in articles 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated outside of business premises is excluded with regard to: […] c) the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;”
